In this program I’ll cover all four aspects of your life mentioned above, and teach you a unique set of tools and skills you can then take with you to living a life of ultimate happiness, health, safety and abundance.

Health Vision, Outcomes and Goal

What is your optimal vision of health look like for you?
What outcome are you seeking?

Week 2

What is your why? What is your story?

We’ll dive into your story of health and life and work to uncover a meaningful and empowering story and why for your journey.

Week 3

Healthy Eating: What to eat and what not to eat.

We’ll take a look at what and how to eat, and what foods to avoid eating.

Week 4

Healthy Eating: Metabolic Conditioning and Becoming Fat Adapted

How to become a lean, mean fat burning machine (and get away from the carb/sugar dependency)

Week 5

Healthy Eating: Intermittent Eating (fasting)

Learn what this is and how it should work (and this is one of the keys to permanent weight loss we’ll talk about next week)

Week 6

Healthy Eating: Keys to permanent weight loss

Here you’ll learn all my secrets how I’ve kept the weight off for 12 years now and counting!

Week 7

Move: Slow Easy Walking

Walking and specifically my walking for health program is the best way to get moving and conditioning your metabolic system for maximum optimization.

Week 8

Move: Find Your Fun

Doing things that are fun for you is key to making living a healthy lifestyle permanent. We’ll spend some time exploring things that are both healthy and fun for you.

Week 9

Move: Training by instinct.

What exactly do I mean by this? Understanding this principle is key to making a healthy lifestyle permanent.

Week 10

Sleep hygiene

We’ll talk about sleep and small things you can do to get a good night’s sleep.

Week 11

Stress Management

Everyone has stress! During this week we’ll discuss some tips and strategies for coping.

Week 12

Living the Healthy Lifestyle: Sun, play, brain fitness and more!

We’ll explore more what living a life of health, fun, happiness and abundance is all about.

Week 13

Living the Healthy lifestyle: Mindset – Moving from Fear to Peace.

What and how you think plays a critical role in your overall health and well-being. This is more than just positive thinking, way more! We’ll look at incantations, limiting beliefs, and what I call re-affirmations.

Week 14

Living the Healthy lifestyle: Living a life in alignment with your higher calling and purpose

How to tap into your inner pilot light, visioning, visualization, and more.

Week 15

Living the Healthy Lifestyle: F.L.Y.

First love yourself, first lead yourself (FLY). We’ll look at exactly what this is and how you can begin to embrace and love yourself for who and what you are.

Week 16

Wrap-up and celebration: Graduation

 Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone who desire:

  • To re-claim their health.
  • Is open and receptive to learning new ideas and paradigms about how to approach health.
  • Beginners! Those looking to get started but don’t know how or where.
  • Busy working men and women who are looking for a health change!

 Who is this program not for?

This program is not for those who:

  • Want to lose weight as their primary goal (to fit into a certain dress size or something similar).
  • Those wanting a “toned” or “chiseled” muscular definition type look.
  • Experienced athletes or those with an extensive health and wellness background (those with experience here are welcome to enroll if they are looking for a few extra tools for their wellness tool box, as long as you keep an open mind).
  • Those wanting to get in-shape.

Let me also say a brief word about what this program is not. This program is NOT a weight loss program designed to get you to “lose weight,” (though everything you learn and apply here the bi-product will be losing weight). This is also not a personal training or adventure program designed to get you “in-shape” or prepared for an upcoming contest or adventure (click the link here for my adventure coaching page if that is something you’re interested in). And lastly, this is not a quick-fix type of a program. Real, lasting and permanent change along with new thinking and new habits takes time to cultivate and develop.

That’s what this program really IS about; learning new techniques, thinking, skills, tips, tools and strategies for optimizing and sustaining your health over the long-term. So that at the end of 16 weeks you have all you need to begin applying, incorporating, living and maximizing your own health and well-being (in otherwords, you’ll be living what I call the Be Well, Be Safe, Be Happy, Eat Ice Cream lifestyle not for a day or week or month or even a few years, but permanently).
